The image of Chinese knot is used for the catalog cover as metaphors for the connection between the past and present, the tradition and the new. Japanese binding is employed for the binding of the catalog. The Chinese characters used here are ancient character that developed from pictorial symbol, which echoes with the theme of past tradition. Two main colors used in the series are red and yellow, which are the two most important colors in Chinese cultural.
